Our goal is to exceed your expectations! How do we achieve this goal?
1. We keep you in mind, from start to finish.
We start by looking at your budget, your needs and your wants. We continue by keeping you foremost in our thoughts throughout the building process. We finish by giving you the home that you envisioned.
2. It’s all about communication!
The home-building process requires excellent communication among a number of people. As your home-builder, we strive to communicate clearly with you, with our suppliers and our sub-trades. By keeping a strong focus on communication, we minimize opportunities for errors or oversights.
3. We work with an outstanding team to build your home.
Nothing translates into a quality-built home, as experience does. Everton Ridge’s core team is made up of highly qualified people that have spent many years in the home-building industry. This experience shows up when looking at the end result.
Our extended team of trades are proud of the way they contribute to Everton Ridge Homes. We make sure our team knows the scope of work and that they are compensated for their efforts. In return, we solidify a team we can rely on – that do their part on time, and that keep the best craftsmanship in mind, when building your home.
Sure, we want to build fine homes for the Vernon community, but, it’s about more than that. We want to have a positive impact in the Vernon community in many ways.
With this philosophy in mind …
When we buy, we want to ‘buy locally’ when we can.
When we build, we want to ‘build locally’ too, by using local trades and suppliers.
We want to be involved in other ways as well and look at opportunities to do so.
Currently, we contribute to the Vernon community in the following ways:
- Sponsor for North Okanagan Child Care Society
- Sponsor for North Okanagan Minor Lacrosse
- Sponsor for Greater Vernon Minor Hockey
Everton Ridge Homes is fortunate to still be able to work during the pandemic and we want to give back to those less fortunate in our community.
This month we are acknowledging and supporting the efforts being made by the Salvation Army for the local food bank. In addition to a monetary donation, we are placing Salvation Army Food Bank Bins, at the following sites and hope our employees, trades, suppliers, and the community in general, will donate food and supplies to help the food bank.
Please visit one of these locations to drop of your contribution:
- Turtle Mountain Showhome – (T3C-15) 5052 Turtle Pond Place
- Adventure Bay – (AB-11) 9004 Tavistock Road
- The Seasons – (SE-08) Unit 105, 7760 Okanagan Landing Road
Working together we will strengthen our community!
Thank you for your generosity,
The Everton Ridge Team
