How the Referral Program Works
When an existing Everton Ridge homeowner refers a friend or family member who goes on to build with us, both the homeowner and the friend or family member benefit.

As a thank-you for your referral, you’ll receive a $2,500* referral bonus.
For Your Friends
Your friends will receive $5,000* in Everton Ridge Credits, which they can use during the design phase of their homebuilding journey to personalize finishes and features.
