REALTORS are eligible for a Flat Referral Fee of 1.5% of the final selling price before GST on unconditional sales of eligible homes.

- Attractive referral commissions: we pay 25% 45 days after the contract date and the balance four months after the contract date (applicable on all new build/pre-construction deals);
